“Those who have been abused/mistreated by airlines,...”

Those who have been abused/mistreated by airlines, and airline staff, who post to this site will probably encounter more of the same abuse. Airline employees, current and former, and those who sympathize with them, out-number the bona fide consumer by 2 to 1.
