I put in a claim and we are still waiting now many months months later for any progress despite that they guaranteed the claim was valid. They constantly send automated same messages so without any progress. Neither do they respond to queries other than with automated messages. So we terminated our agreement with them for non performance.

Airhelp - really helps!

First time addressing to airhelp and was really surprised about their seriosity.
They were always informing me beside status of process and long story short: they succeed in getting my compensation (which covered the price ticket).
