SCARS is a scam. Snobbiest people I ever met. They always give victims attitude. Revictimizing people by selling their garbage worthless handbooks. I submitted pics of my scammer to them to report. Later I found out I waived my rights to my data to them and they proceeded to use my photos without my permission and acted like ungreatful SNOBS when I requested they remove them. They refused. F* you SCARS. I can think of a few appropriate acronyms for them, SCARS = SNOBS, SCAM, SCUM.

I've found this site to be the most comprehensive, up-to-date site for information about online scams, to include relationship scams. The info comes from national sources (DOJ, FTC) and from volunteers who have walked the walk through scam recovery and are truly helping others on their path to recovery.
