I dealt with a few staff, they seem not well trained. They suggested an insurance and called it their " partner" turned out they are the worse. They take hours to approve and eventually decline. You also have to chase them again again for approval. Then when you approach Insurance market for help, they take weeks to get back. Not dealing with them again

I have been dealing with AFIA for 3 years now and services are great. April has been amazing. For the first time I got into a car accident and the support was excellent. Amjad did the claim follow up and I was amazed at how fast it was settled... Thumbs up guys and salute

U guys deserve MINUS STARS. Such a pathetic service. I tried calling you 5 times and was unable to reach a insurance agent. You guys kept on promising a call back.
