I received an error when I placed my battery in the AED. I called the helpline and it was resolved immediately. Afterwards I was sent a data card for the machine so they could read the data and make sure that I do not get another error and my machine was working properly. Great company.

At first there was a free pocket CPR shield on my order, then it disappeared. Also, the 10% (Ready10) discount did not appear to work, perhaps because these are for a trainer?
