I had to ask why shipping was so high for 6 pieces of paper and they made an adjustment. Person helping me via call was very pleasant after I said we would order from another company if shipping was double amount, which was standard, she said. Hmmm.

We are very pleased that we have never had to use our AED, but feel secure that this is the best for our layman group.

It took entirely too long to make a simple order. The shipping options were expensive for the item that I purchased. Was not allowed to update phone number without starting all over with order. Order did not cancel when I got out of the site. Not ok, should have cancelled.

I put my order in the cart several weeks ago while waiting for in-office approval. I was very happy that the system stored my order so all I had to do was enter my credit card info when ready to actually order.
