This order is placed in behalf of the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo. Practically, I do not see any items ordered. The U.S. Embassy located overseas will receive these items in few weeks. According to tracking information package delivered to shipping address on Sep. 19 and that is great. However, I had overall struggle getting refunds for taxes charged to the U.S. Government credit card used for this purchase. Your customer service representative was not helpful at all and she does not have any experience. Also, usually I had to send the same e-mails twice before your representative replies. Your representative simply ignored the fact that I have introduced myself as the U.S. Gov. Procurement Agent, buying supplies for the U.S. Government (Department of State), with official U.S. Government Purchase Card, for the U.S. Government official use at the U.S. Embassy located overseas. Overall, purchase with AED, after many orders I have placed in the past, was the worst experience I have had recently. Maybe you should develop separate ordering site for the U.S. Government customers placing official orders under signed GSA Contract or you can take chance and put all contracted items on GSA Advantage site so all USG Purchasing/Procurement Agents can place orders through dedicated the USG ordering site.
