I asked for a coupon code for a $1700 order, something I routinely do on other websites. They usually tell me yes or no. Your person told me he would try to get me a discount, then simply tried to upsell me. I made it clear I had already selected what I wanted, but it did no good. By the time someone submits an order like this, they would have done their research. If he wasn't going to help me, he should have simply said no.
