Easy to use site.

I needed a battery for an outdated Bur$#*! AED Cardiovive machine.
The battery was on 6 week back order with most vendors I contacted.
OSHA inspection caught us with a low battery warning.

Your location also had a back order but when speaking with your customer service rep they said it would be their priority.

I had receipt of a new battery within 2 weeks...Thank you!

I have ordered more than once from AED Superstore and have always been satisfied with the service and products I have received. Their shipping is outstanding, usually receive products within 2-3 days of ordering.

My only problem was the 10% coupon wouldn't work but when I called and spoke with Sarah she told me to put the code in the comment box and they will take care of it.

Everything arrived very quickly, in great condition, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Had trouble because I entered a PO Box in the secondary box for address. Had to say 'Mail Receptical' instead of PO Box to get it to take it. This canceled the input of my CC # each time so I had to start over again. Took 3 trys to get CC # in. Annoying.
