Had a tad of difficulty finding the CPR RsQ Assist, but all else went smoothly. I ordered 3 devices to test and demo to my First Responder team. The devices were shipped promptly, well packaged. The demo went so well that I went back to the site to order 15 more devices. I was delighted to see that the AED Superstore was offering a 15% discount (dismayed that the price I paid approx. 2 weeks earlier was 15% higher). I will be demonstrating the device at a neighborhood gathering and encouraging everyone to purchase one.
AED Superstore pricing is competitive with other locations. Some products are higher some are lower, and as a local government I must look at lowest price, yet good service. I have not had a problem with AED Superstore as such, I just hope that one day we would see the accessory prices to AEDs come down. I still find Pedi pads by all manufacturer's to be very pricey and would wish a company as large as AED Superstore could get better pricing.
