I ordered wrong pads due to the web site not having my specific AED on the website. Website showed me pads that were not for my AED. I had to contact your support center and exchanged the pads I received for the correct ones. Support center said that they would have the web design people correct the website. I received email that correct pads had been mailed but I am still waiting on the new pads to arrive which should be today or tomorrow.

Very easy web-site and easy to navigate. The only negative was that it kept on wanting to change my address and the PC# changes with every order so it is different from the last order that was placed.
