Though I received what I ordered, the written "content contains" literature described an additional carrying case that I did not received. I called and was unsatisfied with the representatives explanation that the contents info pamphlet is generic and goes out with many packages. It was not specific to my order; that the extra carrying case was not included.
Why have a content contains info pamphlet if IT IS NOT ACCURATE? Ridiculous! I was disappointed. I can't trust what is written, what is real. Can't trust AEDSuperstore.
