Great Ordering system, Fast and accurate!
It took me more that forty minutes to place this order! Your site kept telling me my cc info was in the comments section (the comments section was blank!) I had to wipe out my cart, clear my cache/internet history and start all over. Ridiculous

The adult masks were wonderful. The pedi masks were a little problematic. The one way valve was very loose and kept falling off. I will probably look for another type of pedi mask in the future.
There was a question about my credit card being blocked due to a "medical product" and I was asked to call my bank to confirm/release this. Upon calling, my bank never heard of such a thing and they noted that the charges were already being processed. After calling AED Superstore back, they said, yes, it was "released" and everything was fine. Even though this was a little wrinkle in the buying process (that was still confusing to all parties involved?), AED Superstore Customer Service was excellent, polite and resolved the issue quickly.

Very easy to find and use!
First time ordering. Newly taking over our first responder unit so I have LOTS to learn in that department. Would be nice if billing direct to township run services such as ours was allowed. It is an inconvenience to those of us being made to purchase on our own personal credit cards when a basic 30-day billing direct would be a lot more user friendly to all.
