Placing the order was very easy and considering we're from Guam, we received our order in a week and half. We're located in the middle of Pacific Ocean. Since I'm only a buyer, I don't get to see the products, but the end users have been satisfied with the products.

We have had issues with the NEW battery we purchased for our AED. It did not work and is not a returnable item so we are out the cost. We have contacted Phillips the maker of the AED and they are sending us a free battery to try. However this was a disappointment to make a new purchase and it not work properly.
