Though their response rate was slow in the beginning with proper coordination and discussions on trends and other insights, they surpassed my expectations and it benefitted my business.

Good experience overall. They have a good team which is worthy of the price tag. I had a conditional contract with them which required weekly reporting and was fulfilled as per my expectations. One con is that they have a lot of other clients as well which at times is annoying as it gets difficult to meet the team in person.
