It's funny how this company claim to take care of their employees when they don't really value them all. They have a weird policy of discouraging overtime work during busy season which is very ironic considering the metrics that we had. It just shows how they don't want to pay their employees when they extend work and effort even when they deserve it. This is one of the worst companies to work for!
