Save yourself a lot of time and anger I would love to meet face to face with the $#*! hole that stole my money
They didn't lie! The process was quick and easy. I was in and out in about twenty minutes. Atmosphere was wonderful. Staff professional and polite!
They are posing as advanced America but they are a fraud. The only thing about advanced America is they're using their name. They stole $500 for me. Beware and I I called the real advance America and they could give a s***
I've been using Advance America for about two years for my payday loans, whenever I need it!. I use the store located at Pawtucket Ave, E. Providence R.I. Much faster going personally, than online. The process takes about 10 minutes, if you are a regular customer. The first time, takes a litlle longer. Excellent customer service. Never had any problems and the fees are reasonable. I would sugest Advance America as an alternative when it comes to payday loans.
Great people and environment. Their very friendly, and clean office. Thier always smiling and laughing they make you feel wecomed.

Customer service is excellent. They have never failed me yet. Very dependable company. A friend in need advance america comes threw indeed.
BE VERY CAREFUL about understanding refinancing. If you do not pay the full amount when you refinance, you receive double financing charges instead of one. You will never get out of this contract if you aren't aware of that, which is why this company is a snake. The customer service is just as disgusting as the contract. DO NOT GO HERE.

I told Tammy the manager that they had taken money out of my Social Security and there may not be any Christmas dinner of the men where we live. Low and behold she showed up at my door with all the fixen for Christmas dinner, and she did this at her own expense.The guys where I live had a wonderful Christmas dinner thanks to her. By the way we are all disabled vet living at a place called Victory Village. Advance America has a customer for life thanks to Tammy Brodhead. How many businesses do you know that would do that for anyone. Very nice people and a clean store make you feel like family. I will be back.
I go to the (Southgate) New Port Richey, FL branch. When I went there today, I normally see Ms. Tania, who took care of me and my spouse, (a loss for the company) who was not there. I was told she no longer is with the company. I got to meet the new associate Kayla, whom I had to pleasure to chat with awhile. I don't have any complaints at all with the associates at this branch site. TY
