Crime at your Des Moines location on 7th street is total out of control. I applied for residency at the Adriana a couple of years ago but wound up moving into a different location and that is the best decision that I could have made. I have several people who live there who are terrified to go outside and fed up with their vehicles being broken into and damaged. I am 78 years old but most of your tenants ate much older, it is only a matter of time before someone is assaulted at your location. Making the security operational would be a good start which could avoid you being a party to a law suite and would be the right thing to do!
