I've asked my employees to go through this website every month, at least twice. I work in an online agency and marketing business so during the monthly meetings with the employees, I recommend them different articles to go through as it will be very resourceful for them and provide them with ample knowledge that can be applicable in the current situations

Ad Age is a great site and I'm glad I found them while scrolling through google. I had to give a positive review about them because they provide very useful information. As someone who works in the advertising department, they had extremely convinient data

I had the exact same experience everyone else is describing. The website is purposefully unclear on how to actually cancel which dont learn until your charge goes through. When you call they fight with you over $16! How massive is this publishing company? The woman in this department is on a power trip. The magazine probably has dozens of articles on branding and customer service! They should read them.

They will keep charging you after you cancel your online account and won't refund the additional charges. I canceled my online account after the first month. It said in my Ad Age account that it was successfully canceled. But I was charged an additional 2 months after that. I emailed and called multiple times but they wouldn't stop charging me & wouldn't refund me any of my money. All they said they would do is look into why my account tells me that it is canceled. They have HORRIBLE customer service and openly steal from customers. It's insane, I really and truly can't believe that they get away with this. I have had to revert to working with my bank to stop them from stealing from me - it's just crazy that this is legal!

As a marketing student, I was asked by my lecturer to read an article from this website regarding marketing research strategies applicable when on lockdown. The article was very helpful so I decided to look at the other articles and see if there are more information I can gather. I've been using this for over a month now and it is really helpful

If you are someone pursing a career in marketing, communications or advertising, as a marketing manager, I highly recommend you to go have a look at Ad Age. It will surely be helpful to you. I mostly focus on their marketing segment and their industry insights. In fact, I go through the industry insights a lot, weekly.

I'm really disappointed by the AdAge customer service. I subscribed AdAge as I considered the articles as valuable for my Thesis. To cancel the subscription, I wrote an E-mail to the customer service of AdAge (as recommended on their webpage in case of questions concerning the subscription status) three weeks prior the next paying period, but didn't receive an answer. Two weeks later, I wrote the next E-mail - again no reaction. Instead, AdAge deducted the payment for the next period that I didn't asked for. I therefore called the customer service number, which was really expensive for me as a person who lives outside the United States, and explained the situation. Instead of being coorperative, the women on the phone told me that it is only possible to cancel the subscription via telephone, which is not contemporary in my eyes and more importantly is not evident on their webpage! AdAge refused to refound the payment. I would therefore not recommend AdAge.
