I ordered the Morning Complete after I saw advertisements for it online. I have daily constipation and bloating, and was hoping this product would help with both. I especially liked that it had probiotics AND prebiotics. It only made my problems worse! I have taken it for a month now, and don't think I can go on with it. I get terrible bloating (even stomach pain) and go to the bathroom even less than before. My husband, who has no problems with digestion or constipation, ended up being constipated as well! He said he will never touch it again (this made problems for him when there weren't any). I believe this product is a gimmick and a money grab. I don't know how anyone could stand behind a product that does not do what it says, and simply doesn't work! I was having lots of constipation and probiotic pills weren't working so tried activated you. First off, it's def drinkable the taste is not bad. I pour water in 8oz glass and mix a scoop in and drink. Have a BM about 30 min later not like a lax. I've noticed more energy and less stress fersure!
