The product doesn't work and when you want to make use of their return policy, you are being told that you will have to ship the item to their warehouse in Germany to be eligible for a refund (and pay the horrendous costs for it). Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that the warehouse is located overseas and all addresses found online point to the fact that the company is located in the US. Read all other reviews you find online before purchasing. This is a scam. Beware!

The website promises a money back guarantee. I received back stretcher and it is much too big it will not work for someone my height. After four emails asking to set up a return and refund, I was told it has to be shipped to Germany and that would cost me more than product, so I could keep product and they would give me 20% of what I paid for product. What a hoax

The last email that I received today Friday Aug 18 at 9:26 am state the following:

Hey, Aman.

The return policy does not specify where the warehouse is because we have multiple and pick the closest one based on each customer's location but it also never said it was in the USA.

As you can see per the above email closest warehouse for me to return the item is Germany because per the customer service representative Ashley's previous email the address that she sent to me for returning the item is Germany as I mentioned it in my initial review.

They refund policy is Bogus! They tell you 100 % refund - But then they tell you to ship to Germany. When you dont want to ship to Germany they offer you 20% refund - BUYER BEWARE!
