The Christmas ornaments I ordered arrived a month after Christmas and broken into many pieces (see photo). The company began by offering me a 10% rebate and refuses to refund my purchase price for an unusable product (which was way overpriced for the quality--even if it hadn't been broken.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Two "Merman" ornaments.
Finally received this ornament after 2 months. Product looks nothing like the website. These are knockoffs of the original. They offered me 10% refund, then 20%, 30%, 40% and then 50%. When I demanded a full refund, they stopped responding. Company is located overseas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.
