Terrible company. Tried to cancel my order 10 hours after placing it, despite them saying it would take 2-3 weeks to make it, only to be told it is too late. Joke.

Customer service is not their strong point.

They are working hard on deleting comments from unsatisfied customers but they cannot remove the angry faces from Facebook, a little sign of how unhappy customers are. Even getting honest reviews removed from another platform. Thankfully Sitejabber is more honest and does not allow such manipulation of reviews.
