We ho nestly feel like we've been scammed. We paid $365 for deep COVID cleaning and they didn't even do a standard cleaning. She said windows were included but wanted to charge $100 once she was there. My mirrors and shower were smeared. They didn't clean all of the surface areas. I had to clean my bathroom counters, tables, showers, toilet, sink, cabinets, and other items after paying almost $400. We felt like she talked about her health to justify the shoddy work. I have never paid that much for housekeeping, let alone have to still clean afterward. I paid more because she led me believe I was getting a lot for my money.
