I'd give this company ten stars if I could. I advertise my rental property on Weneedavacation.com and on one of the enormous, soulless horrible sites that have its tentacles everywhere and strangling anything and anyone that gets in its way. I get excellent guests from WNAV, amazing, personal customer service, almost zero risks of fraud (owner tells me not one incident of it in 15 years of operation), and they let the owner and the traveler manage their own rental transaction together, not some computer. The Big Guys are cancer on the vacation rental Web site industry. Go with the small gems, the small boutique Web sites that cater only to the area to which you are traveling, like weneedavacation.com (Cape Cod, MA). Weneedavacation.com is how vacation rental Web sites should be. A wonderful company.

My family and I had a fantastic time at The Cozy Cabin Retreat!(Book through A1vacationhomes) The cabin was charming and well-maintained. The amenities provided were exceptional, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature's beauty. We'll definitely be back for another memorable experience!

This site begs for business and promises that enquiries will be forthcoming or if not will give you 100% money back. Guess what, very few enquiries forthcoming. No refund available. No replies to any e-mails when asking for the refund.
They promised the calander would be linked to our other sites, VRBO etc but they are not linked, therefore guests are trying to book property thinking that it is available when it is not.
Stay clear of this site owners and guests!

I signed up to advertise my property on this site, to date never received any booking, other than what appeared to be fake name like ads/ Giselle. Or person requesting dates that are already booked with other site. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice Shame on me.

Another niche vacation rental website. It's quickly gaining market share and vacation rental properties. It has a super reasonable introductory listing. There are no guest traveler fees and no host commissions making it a great choice for both homeowners and travelers to connect. All communication is direct with the traveler and you can advertise your own websites on it. I listed my properties and got a booking within 3 weeks. The best return on investment out there in my opinion!

I was informed that I could "edit" the content of the ad they "copied" and placed on their website.
I have called and emailed more than 20 times in the past 9 days - They say they will edit it for me. How? The editing process is ONGOING - changes with bookings, blocking dates/times, and changing rates/information.
I'm supposed to call them EVERY time I need to edit? Are you kidding me?

A salesman named Mark Williams from this company contacted me to pitch their services. I was skeptical, but when he said he would give me a money-back guarantee, I agreed. The deal was that if they did not generate any rentals within 90 days, I would get a full refund of my $199. They generated no rentals, and I have been trying to get that refund for a month. No one returns my calls or emails. So now I have to initate a dispute through the credit card company, etc. They are obviously dishonest as well as ineffective.

I'm yet to get my first booking from that site but I was skeptical initially whether they are visible for the renters or not but the inquiries have given me hope. I need more and more sites to work the same way as this site is trying and I'm expecting just 2 bookings for this year from this site and the annual subscription will be paid off. They gave me a great discount as they were running a promotion and it seems so far so good.
