There's been a few times where I had to contact customer support and I felt that they always go above and beyond to make me satisfied. I remember originally thinking this might have be a scam because you have to pay through PayPal which was concerning since I'm always a skeptic about getting scammed. I paid $117 for magnus pharmaceuticals 10mg oxandrolone 100 tablets. I conducted a colorimetrics test and results were a conclusive methandrostenolone as shown in the images. Considering magnus is disreputable and a-steroidshop.ws vouches their products and possibly colludes with them, urgent rectifications are required. I purchased oxandrolone for health improvements, but i have been provided a steroid that is toxic and detrimental to my health. Below is an email from Alex with assurances.

1) Your failed attempt to remove the silver line from a scratch code doesn't make the product a fake.
2) The website can't be fake as you couldn't even check your code. I hope that it was not a reason to leave a negative review.
3) Ultimately fake gear is a serious clam. But your point of view is based on just your subjective feelings and ideas about how the product should look or which website should be real or fake. And not on lab tests or blood work as it should be.
You claim that pharmacomlabs.ltd is a fake and pharmacomlabs.com is real, so I'd like to explain this:
Both the.com and.ltd versions of pharmacomlabs website are valid. And we sell them both. The reason for having two domains is that their company underwent a crisis which caused a disagreement between two partners. As a result, the company split into two separate entities. This kind of situation is not uncommon, as conflicts can arise between business partners.
Pharmacomlabs.ltd and pharmacomlabs.com are both genuine. The package design, the active substance amount and everything else is equal. Because in fact, it is the same company.
And I ask you to base your point on facts and not on some rumours from forums or other self-proclaimed "expert sources". And to scratch the silver line more carefully.
