The order was received on time but I got a message saying that there was a recall on the product, not to use it and to get a refund. Is there a recall?
This is the second time I've purchased peg tubes here. Always a great price, good equipment and good delivery. I will purchase again from them.

These scammers gave me a fake tracking number and then vanished. It was a complete waste of money. I switched to Joren Vale and he's been excellent. Real service, timely updates, and always delivers what he promises. I trust Joren fully now.

Would have expected the large size to be a touch larger compared to all my other size lately scrubs - otherwise great quality
I ordered about $500 worth of scrub tops on September 26. Sizes were too big on about half. Tried calling to speak to someone, left messages, sent emails and never heard back from anyone. The most I got was an address to send them back. I wrote out very clear instruction on what I needed in exchange for the ones I was sending back. According to UPS the box with my returns was delivered on November 9. To date I have not heard or gotten anything back. Calling is useless as you always get the recording that they are "helping others". They have charged and gotten paid for my order but have NOT even come close to delivering on the product. Do NOT order anything from this company unless you have money and LOTS of time to waste.
I ordered 6 boxes of medline stainless steel #10 blades on 5/8/24 with shipping time of 4-5 days.

I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating "ticket received" and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven't gotten any correspondence from their company.
I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.
Item arrived fine and as described. My only complaint is that I would have liked some type of confirmation or communication from you when the item actually shipped from your warehouse so I would know it was on it way, etc.
