While I'm sure the item I purchased is fine and will be used and enjoyed by the new mommy who registered for it, the business has a bizarre practice of checking the viability of an address with a random website (not USPS) that actually told them I wasn't receiving mail. They called me to inquire, but what a waste of time. And disconcerting. Now I'm sure some random website I never would have visited has my address to sell to junk mail generators.
The service was prompt, and I was kept informed about the progress. One thing to keep in mind if you are in a rush is Fedex 2 day shipping is not a true 2-day shipping if you buy in the second half of the week since they don't deliver over the weekend.

This place is a scam stole my money gave wrong tracking info I reported to the police they are 100% scams thieves how dare you take things from a baby I have proof that this is a scam website just to take your money the email is fake the phone number is fake an they give you someone else's tracking number an you do not get any items I preferred a car seat an never received was just straight scammed
I've never placed an order and have it delivered that quickly in my life not mention free shipping on a product that weighs about 35lbs. I thought it was a scam cause it was expensive and I've never heard of the store. I'm so happy with the service that whatever I can buy for my baby will be bought from them.
