I ordered chicken, fries and biscuits from KFC. I received no chicken. 2 biscuits out of the 4 I ordered and mashed potatoes I didn't order. Obviously the driver did not check the order.

So I first hand use to work this company, So what I am saying is legit facts not opinions. Let start off by saying these people are SCAM ARTISTS, the so called customer service manager told us not to refund anyone unless they asked. They have a million charge backs, from different banks. The way they get your info is by pretending to be another company that's how you get connected. They supposedly had "lay offs" when all their tickets were down to 0. Claimed it was because of all the charge backs, but in reality they are just a SCAM OF A COMPANY. If you get connected with these people, call your bank and DISPUTE IT right away! Don't believe anything they say. It's all a robotic tactic to keep your money. When you actually get help from an "expert" call longer than 8-10mins that's when they will try to say we can't refund you guys. DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR BANK! This company was a scam from the start. Glad i was "let go" cuz this company is going to trash real soon. We even got lawyers emailing out que & also attorney generals! SCAM OF A COMPANY HOPE. And i wish this customer service manager would "reply" to my post here. You're a scammer along with the owner. You'll be unemployed real soon. Like I said, YALL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE WITH YOUR BANKS!
He was very patient with me I don't understand electronics very well he tried to figure out why Uber wouldn't except my payment he tried to help me with my Wi-Fi in my house because it had been shut down all day he did everything he could even if we weren't able to achieve success with Uber I really appreciate it is time and his patience.
I'm not very savvy on my phone, but it screamed "scam" and phishing attempt with incorrect info and phone numbers to "reinstate" my now closed account. With Brian's help I'm back up!
