After a friend sent me a gift from 5280 Flowers I decided to check out their website and see what all they had to offer. I saw they offered subscriptions, so I decided to try out their monthly flower subscription. They offer weekly and bi-weekly as well. During the holidays I might switch to weekly, so I can have a huge festive variety. My first delivery has arrived and the arrangement is Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous! My delivery arrived the day I expected. Quick notification of completed delivery. I actually received notification of my delivery before the delivery driver had made it back to their vehicle. The quality is exceptional. I will continue to support local small businesses, especially 5280Flowers and 5280Gourmet!
This is my second time ordering. This order was very difficult as the page kept jumping up and down. It was very difficult to complete it. Yes yes I will order again but let's hope with no frustration. I had just placed another order before this one and had no problem
i feel the quality of flowers received wasnt great, didnt seem fresh at all. also, the no.of sticks were apeared less as compared to what other sites were providing.

Usually, it is fine, but I haven't ordered in a long time because last time I ordered, someone called me to tell me the item I wanted was out of stock, which is fine. But he then proceeded to call me a cheapskate and say I should get something more expensive. It was pretty obnoxious, but I've had good experiences every other time, so I figured I'd give you guys another shot.
Beautiful choices. I don't like how my first 'total' doesn't reflect delivery. I was trying to stay on budget but it isn't until the second to last step that you realize that your true total

The web forms are difficult and do not provide sufficient error information. everything else was good though.
get the web dev to make that window a droppable feature rather than being in the way. When you scroll it stays at the top.
I love your services, but the auto-resizing menus and freezing when I try to change how products are sorted makes it really hard to use your website. I couldn't load the second page of Valentine's day items without allowing Java scripts that made my browser alert me to not enter financial information. :-( I am using Google Chrome. I've been using your services for years, and I hope to keep doing so, but this is making it hard for me to order things.
On a separate note, could you please add descriptions for what the various upgrade options provide? I've just ordered a "Large" version of the Valentine's Day rose cube, which comes with 9 roses in a 3x3 matrix when purchased as a "Regular". I'm hoping that the upgrade means it is larger, which I believe would mean (at least) one more row and/or column added to the matrix. If this is not the case, then upgrade descriptions would be *very* helpful. I'd be interested in buying more upgrade options if I felt confident that I knew what I was purchasing.

Was disappointed that the gift I ordered was not available. Receieved a call the day before and had to choose a different plant, which was difficult to do when you aren't able to see the product they offer you over the phone.

Sorry you see it this way. If you want an AM delivery it costs extra because it is a special service we offer. Our drivers cannot go on regular routes, but they have to make an effort to make sure the AM delivery happens. It is all explained on our website. Having said that it might also be good to call us instead of sending a bad review, before you even have received any service. We would have been able to adjust the order if needed to.
