Sent the money. Never got the product. Sent emails. No reply.

The website even said that there should be a delay so I let it go after 3 weeks but I emailed them after a month and never got a response. No refund.

4solvents.com is a total ripoff. They overcharged my account and then when I finally recieved my order one bottle was open and had leaked everywhere and the other 2 were stale and useless. My complaints went unanswered for weeks. To make it worse they kept sending me unsolicitted emails to buy more! I repeatedLY asked to be removed from their mailing list only to be ignored. Months later when I finally did recieve a response to my complaint they finally promised to replace one third of my order. Two weeks later I still have recieved nothing from them. When I requested a tracking number to try to see if they had ever shipped anything that was also ignored.
