“No contact details, no returns policy, no country,...”

No contact details, no returns policy, no country, only pay by Western Union, no support for credit card - despite their claims (phishing) card payment not supported.
Scam, a Chinese scam, blatant, obvious.
I've not been alone in reporting this to OFT and ICO (UK)
The site now appears to be off line.
