We have only been in our house one week and have found so many problems. A twenty minute viewing and rushed final viewing is not enough to see the problems. The house was left dirty, blinds falling apart, electrical work needed doing, shower door didn't shut, costing us. There isn't even a front tap, who would expect that, not exactly recommended by the Fire Brigade.
Maje a list and check it all and take your time at final viewing. Once you buy you are on your own.

I regret to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by 360 Realtors. Despite promises made during the initial agreement, my experience has been marred by unfulfilled commitments and a severe lack of responsiveness.

I was enticed into choosing 360 Realtors with the promise of a substantial discount of ******* INR on my property purchase. Additionally, I was assured a 1% referral bonus for the account I referred. Unfortunately, after more than a year into our engagement, both commitments remain unfulfilled.

Not only have my referred account and I paid over 30% of the property value, but the company has also failed to honor its commitment to providing the agreed-upon discount and referral bonus. My attempts to seek clarification and resolution through emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

This lack of transparency and failure to honor promised benefits raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of 360 Realtors. Such practices not only breach the trust of their clients but also cast a shadow on their credibility as a real estate service provider.

Considering the unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and the significant financial investment made, I find it necessary to give 360 Realtors a rating of 0 stars.
