I bid on and won an item at auction for a local fundraiser. I have made payment of invoice but have yet to receive item or notification my invoice was paid. I have reached out to auction administrator 4 times with only evasive answers.

At this point I would not recommend using this auction site.

This is a great auction/buy now site without the hassles of the big auction sites like eBay. All dealings are strictly between the buyer and the seller. There are no feedback problems, no fees as a buyer, no pressure to be a member. PayPal is available which offers security and protection for both parties.

The auction site was easy to set up and worked like a charm for our fundraiser. We created a paypal business account and off we went. However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions. 32auctions has no over the phone customer service- it is all done via email. I have been emailing explaining the situation and they simply push it back to paypal. Paypal has been extremely helpful but 32 auctions refused to engage to find the glitch. So- as easy as the auction was they have no customer service and no interest in trying to resolve issues. We are out 750.00 and it does not appear there is any assistance coming. Look for a different auction site...

Poor platform. Site attempts to be an end all and fails. Don't participate if you mind being bounced out at the last minute. Unreliable and a waste of time. Unstable links.
