They will not issue refund if you're unhappy with the quality, or if you feel they falsely advertised the dress on their site. The dresses are cheaply made, ugly, fit wrong, and their customer service is a joke.

I have ordered a dress from 27dress.com, i have got very bad quality dress, its a cheap material, not even close to what is on picture. The cut of the dress it's unbelievable defective, does not correspond to the design of one displayed. On breast area dress has holes.
The terrible thing is that: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE IGNORING YOU when you try to refund it, they are not there 24 hours to help you how is written in their policy, they are not following the policy its a scammer. I wrote them every day e-mails on *******@27dress.com sending them pictures of the broken dress and they were so rude with me answering: to get my local tailor and do it. I never got a refund from them they just blocked me.

End of may I purchased a black long train feathered prom dress for my 16 year old daughter from 27dress.com which was to be delivered by the 16th June 2016, so on 6th June when I received my daughter's dress I was so happy. At first when I ordered the dress I was so afraid because it was coming from so far away and also I saw a few bad reviews that prompt me to call and Whats App one of their staff who was so helpful and who put my mind at ease, she told me that my daughter's dress will be fantastic... so upon seeing the dress and my daughter trying the dress on... I was so pleased... the dress was stunning, it fitted like a glove... I did not have to do any alterations... and guess what, her prom was last night and she won best dressed... I give 27dress a five star thumbs up... I have another daughter and niece graduating next year and i'm already looking for their dresses, the material was true to the picture it was quality material and exactly as it was in the picture... thanks guys for making my daughter's night extra special
The dress was beautifull and profesionally done. However, i order a size 2 but it was like a size 4. So, i recomended to order a size less then your size so it will fix better.
The communication and service was A+. They help me though the order and after to try to fix my problem of the size. I desired to fix the dress locally because the dress wasn't expense to made. I will regularly pay a lot more for a prom dress in a store... and also, it will cost me almost the same price to send it and have it back.

If i could give this product a 0 rating i will hell, i would go over and beyond and delete this entire website because it is a scam. The dress they sent me was a defect. I got my dress on monday and it was falling off my shoulders, sequins are missing from it, strings are loose, holes are present and it is YELLOW, the mesh part is yellow. And on that same monday, i emailed them and said i will be requesting a refund because of the size and everything else mentioned previously, and all the associate replied with was did you measure with tape? They reply to you once a day but claim to be a 24/7 business. And then she tried to blame me saying that they can not refund the money if it not their fault and i was like, how is it my fault? Like is she dumb? How would i sew on a different color fabric and alternate sizing? I have asked multiple times for my money back, and the address to ship the dress to but i have not heard anything back. I even said i was going to expose them for this scam they are trying to get away with and they stopped replying to me. I hit them up on whatsapp and they read my message and proceeded ignoring me. I found the real designer of the dress on instagram and i am planning on telling her about this because as i was browsing through her instagram and her website, a lot of the dresses she makes are on this website so be aware.
