The website tells you they ship FedEx. However, the tracking did not operate and showed only that it had been shipped earlier. That was was on 6/24/21. So. Thinking it was FedEx it would probably arrive in a day or two. When it did not arrive by 6/26/21 I checked the tracking again. Then it told me it had arrived in my metal postal box on the 24th!
Now at that point it had been over 115 degrees where I live for the past two days. Needless to say the product needed to be stored in a cool place. I can assure you that metal postal box was like an oven. So of course I was forced to return their product for my $39.00 refund and wait over 25 days for it. This company needs to be cited.
