If I could give this "company" a negative star rating... I would. I ordered a simple gummy bear t-shirt for my boyfriend's Christmas present on 12-4-14 for $47 including shipping. I was willing to pay $50 for a t-shirt because I thought it was a unique item, and my bf loves his gummy bears. 1991inc took the money out of my account immediately, however, it is now 1-20-15 and I still haven't received anything. The order is still in "processing" according to their website. There is no phone number listed anywhere to contact them... although now I see why. With the customer service they have, their phone would be ringing off the hook 24/7. I e-mailed them asking what the status of my order was on 12-29-14. After finally responding, the e-mail they sent told me absolutely nothing, and it was very impersonal and uncaring. After many many e-mails back and forth with them, I was still getting nowhere so I decided to contact the BBB. They have still not responded to them. I asked them to cancel and refund my order... and of course nothing has been done as of today. So I finally just called my bank and disputed the charge and cancelled the debit card that I used with them. Now I have to wait an additional 10 business days... and I still don't have a gift for my boyfriend. UPDATE: It is now 3 months after the original order date. I still have not been refunded. This company also goes back and forth writing silly little messages to you through e-mail if you offend them enough with your review of their terrible service. I encourage more jilted customers to do this! Fight back! 1991inc.com are complete thieves! Why are they still in existence with all these awful reviews out there saying the same exact things? Go to every review site you can find. Like I did :). . And tell them what you think! Warn other people so they don't get to take more innocent peoples' money! They have the time to sit in their basement. Or wherever their "company" is actually located. And e-mail customers back and forth with stupid nonsense. But they can't find the time to return the money they stole out of my account.

This awful company does not fulfill their orders. They take your money but they don't see fit to send you the merchandise. They don't refund your money. This company is a scam do not use them for any reason!
