I have received a broken product and contacted support with proof pictures and video. They responded within the promised 24 hours and asked me to send a new item. Now I am currently waiting for it to deliver but the support definitely helped me out :)

“Great shop with great prices”

192led is a very good seller. I never had any issues with my orders or shipments, all the products that i buyed in 192led.com.The WebSite have a nice layout, very organized, they also have a lot of promotions and discounts.
- Best price in the net for the product I ordered
- Timely delivery and in perfect condition. They also provided order tracking
- Great customer service. Whenever required, they provided timely, accurate solution. They also provided me a person with the same origin as mine.
- Proactive approach in customer care. I would recommend 192led.com and will purchase again, in case I am interested in a product.
