Digital Video Recorders from 123securityproducts are reliable and user-friendly. Easy installation, intuitive interface, and ample storage capacity. A great addition to any security system.
Thought that there would be free shipping on an item this expensive. I was also hoping that they would be able to offer some type of limited tech support. I was connected to another extension, no one picked up, voice mail said that it was Activision, which was confusing. I left two messages, never received any type of follow up. I also called the manufacturer (Everfocus), was on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever answered.
Easy to use, but you're doing it with not honest way.

I was connected to an extension where they never picked up. Left a voicemail, no one ever called back. I did call the following day and was able to get an RMA to return the unit and wait about 10-12 days for a replacement unit to be sent.

Purchased Google Nest Router expecting current version, however, realized it was old version upon installation. Unable to return after installation. Secondly - provided two photos of superior price and customer service would it honor published policy. Never again. Would not only not recommend - I recommend against.
Lesson Learned - always read reviews before buying from online store.
My original order was mistakenly misplaced, the tracking number I received was for an address in Colorado, I live in New York and I had to call numerous times to receive my order.
Like I previously stated, I received the wrong tracking number for my order.

Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - they don't care about any problem, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone...
I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems.
I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order.
Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out...
Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier"
No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen.
Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above.
