Thought that there would be free shipping on an item this expensive. I was also hoping that they would be able to offer some type of limited tech support. I was connected to another extension, no one picked up, voice mail said that it was Activision, which was confusing. I left two messages, never received any type of follow up. I also called the manufacturer (Everfocus), was on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever answered.

Placed order on the 7th of July. They billed my B P corporation card. And I have never received my order. And on top of that. I sent an email inquiring about my order. And they have never responded. I will make sure corporate accounts received deals with this. I will never use them again.
