Sent e-mail to the company a few weeks ago and got very quick reponse. Just got around to ordering the items I needed and website was easy to use. Very good experience.

Impressed by the features of 123securityproducts Security Camera Systems. Customizable settings, clear day/night vision, and remote monitoring capability. Excellent customer service experience too.

Purchased a product from them without them telling me that the install required specific software and a certified installer. Once it arrived (over 1 month later). They did not provide any assistance with finding a certified vendor in my area for install. I did my own research and found no one in my area is certified, rendering my purchase useless. Mind you, this equipment was over $1100. 00 in value. I started a return and sent back the unit. I used a different box to ship it back. They reject my return due to not putting enough bubble wrap in the box and it was missing a ziplock bag. They returned it to me. (note: there was NO damage to the unit itself) I added the ziplock and more bubble wrap and sent it back to them (shipping is $40!) they now are refusing to refund me and also keeping the unit hostage. So i am out $1100. 00 with no unit either.

Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and pretty rude in my opinion. I am a fleet manager and work with a lot of different vendors and i have never experienced such terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BY PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bought a power supply and connectors. Product arrived pretty quick and works great. I will buy from you guys again. 5 Stars.

My original order was mistakenly misplaced, the tracking number I received was for an address in Colorado, I live in New York and I had to call numerous times to receive my order.

It was easy to find and purchase the product.it took while shipment to be sent out. But product was received and it works fine.

Got my repair back and they handled the whole screw from the brand awesomely and got involved to minimize my wait. Appreciate that alot.
