Sorry I did it. My login would not work and their "Forgot password" NEVER emailed Me, and then they did NOT get back to me when I used the "Contact me" form. Finally figured it out on my own!
Then I had further issues, and finally cancelled and took the refund... and wasted a LOT of time on a bad experience.
The materials are lousy with some very old AAA videos. How stupid is it? They will have a section with a requirement for 13 mins, when the entire content of the section is an 8 minute video. What are you supposed to do for the other 5 mins? Smoke pot, I guess, so you don't want to smash the monitor!
All in all, it was not a good experience.
Tip for consumers:
They have very poor customer service.
They force you to be present all the time. If you go for example to the toilet they lock you out (log and lock) and you are not able to access the account any longer. This is a scam!
