1000Bulbs

I literally called them multiple times to say I want to buy lots and lots of Christmas lights from them. The had poor conflicting info on their website and I needed clarification. The only person that tried to be helpful was Martin. Everyone else was typical - they think they are right, but have no clue, and when they realized the same wrong information, they don't know what to do and don't bother following up, or too embarrassed. In other words, they feel like it's not their job. They are just "workers".

They called me when several bulbs I ordered were out of stock, but the shipment was only delayed by a couple days. The packaging was very good to protect the items. Quality of items also exceeded expectations.

I did not like that they did not post my product reviews on their website, which provided information about equivalent part numbers and clarified different light bulb manufacturers' product lines. I spent quite a bit of time writing those. Transactions were OK but not as smooth as I would have liked.

Good price, good service people to answer questions, polite and helpful, easy to get out of package, and unlike what you get in the chain hardware stores, they all work instead of only 3 out of 4. I will definitely be buying all my light bulbs from this company from now on. I use these to grow flowering plants indoors for a small business.

Product was as advertised though individual packaging of fluorescent bulbs in thin plastic sleeves is, in my opinion, too fragile. I did not receive an email notification of shipment and, hence, after almost one week I was wondering where my order was. Contact with customer service revealed that the package had been confirmed "delivered." However, as it was delivered to our residential door that is infrequently used and with no notification (doorbell/other) the package was outside and exposed to two days of rain before being retrieved. Luckily the box was not destroyed, but each bulb had to be tested in the target fixture to insure its integrity; one bulb proved to be functional, but a bit "iffy." So delivery notification and packaging were "poor" and "mediocre" respectfully. This is my second order of this particular product (1st was in 2012). First order was packaged much better and shipping costs were much more reasonable.

Recently I moved into my new house. I have 10 globe lights outside my house that had been there for awhile and needed certain parts. I had no idea where to find these parts, and luckily, after searching the lighting stores and online I found your business. The girl in customer service was very helpful and eventually found the part I needed. It was a lifesaver. I now can make my outside lights look like new and last for a long time. Everything fell into place and I would recommend your site to all my friends. Thank you.

I've used this site already twice and I continue to be impressed by the level of service. I'm not a big buyer, just the average diy-homeowner trying to keep it going within a budget. They're always on the phone ready to answer my petty questions. This is great service.

I placed a small order for specialized bulbs for our school through 1000 Bulbs. The agent could not have been nicer. This was not my first experience working with 1000 Bulbs and they were just as efficient this time. I placed my order, updated my account and in less than 2 weeks had exactly what I needed. They were also priced much better than the local hardware store. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Very professional and reliable company.
