Though I love their selection, you never truly know if it's available or not. Most recent experience... in Feb ordered 4 8' LED flush mounted ceiling lights, and a dimmer. A week or two later added a couple of GFCIs. Was told the LEDs were back-ordered till 3/25. Received an email about a week beyond that date saying the materials were back-ordered for a such a time that it met their threshold for cancelling and they asked if I'd like the balance shipped. I emailed on a Saturday (when they are closed) and said sure. Didn't hear anything back that Monday. So I called and spoke to a live agent who said the entirety of my outstanding items had been cancelled... AND... the 8' lights were in stock, not on back order. I'd already found a replacement for those over the weekend. So he input the order again. Wednesday, given this had been outstanding since Feb, I reached out to Pam in C/S to express my disappointment that they weren't expediting this order given their significant lack of C/S and inventory management and the length I'd been waiting. She replied - no salutation and no apology - just boilerplate dogma about their process. I've done a fair bit of business with them and it seems the longer I'm a customer, the worse the experience.
Found the necessary MR11 LED bulbs that met my specific needs easily. They had a great price, arrived quickly and work great. Couldn't find these bulbs on any other site.
The PLT 4 foot bulbs we ordered worked great in our paint booth light fixtures. They will last longer than straight fluoresent bulbs and will cost less to operate.
Ordered xfmr for pool light, was defective as input is 100 volts, out was supposed to be 12 volts but only registered 8 volts, replacement sent promptly, thanks 1000bulbs.
Out of the case 2 bulbs were defective, just the price of doing business. I needed bulbs for my shop and the hardware store in town didn't have enough to do the job.

I received a case of tubes several of which were broken. The case was obviously damaged before it went into the shipping box. They gave me credit for the broken tubes but would not replace them.

Customer service proved to be a real asset to this company. One bulb did not work. The bulb was replaced promptly and the representative handled the situation great immediately.

I ordered a number of bulbs but never got them because the USPS lost them. 1,000 bulbs won't take responsibility for shipping but neither will they allow a more reliable shipping option.
Said it was universal for extending rope lights. They were New from Home Depot the rope lights. 3 extensions from purchased from 1000bulbs 15.00 and 15.00 to ship. Not worth sending back.
Extremely pleased with my purchase, so much so I bought another one! Also FREE shipping which is great. I actually was trying to make a purchase of Christmas lights but the shipping was too much.
As a 48' string light (24 bulbs), these bulbs give a wonderful & warm light & help to create an effect that friends actually commented on at last Friday night's party! SCORE!

The salesperson I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me get the correct replacement bulbs. Prices were better than other places trying to sell the wrong bulbs.
These are not very bright (which is what I expected), and of the first 4 I took out of the bag, 2 didn't work. Not sure how the rest will go in the future.
