I wanted to replace around 36 florescent tubes with LED tubes. My current florescent bulbs don't say whether they are T4, T8 or T12 so I called 1000bulbs.com and read off the wording from an existing florescent bulb. I paid extra to get LED replacement bulbs that would work in my existing fixtures without having to remove the ballast and do some rewiring. Turns out what they sent me only works with T8 fixtures and I have T12. Not even sure if they will work after I remove the ballast and do the rewiring since I have been ill and unable to do the work so far.

Really like how these LED's look in the hallway sconces. Very elegant. Puts off a lot of light as well. I will continue to use 1000Bulbs in the very near future.

I placed an order that according to the website was fully in stock. After purchase i was emailed and called about an item being no longer available and they were hoping i would replace it with another item. I told Lindsey Whiteside ( a commercial account manager) that I did not prefer another item and would just need the current items sent out asap. After a week goes by without a shipment confirmation I call to check on the order and find out that Lindsey Whiteside never pushed the order foward to shipping (according to Thomas). I asked Thomas if he would please find out if the order could be shipped overnight since they made the error. He said he would check and call me back about the order.

They didn't even have the backbone/courtesy or professionalism to call me back. Insteas I got an email from Lindsey Whiteside that Thomas told her i wanted to order cancelled and they would not pay for any of their mistakes.

I have ordered from this company the last few years and while the products are fine, the empolyees are not. Lindsey Whiteside has cost this buisness not just the 1000$ from this order but every future order i will place for lighting.

There was some difficulty in searching for what I wanted, but eventually I managed to find the items I wanted and placed my order without any other issues. In my order confirmation I was pleased to see that an "account manager", with a real name and contact information, was shown. I thought this added a personal touch to my purchase that made 1000bulbs.com a website I could trust to solve problems if they occurred. However, the order confirmation also said "You will receive an email with tracking information when your package(s) ships." However, I never received this shipping confirmation email with tracking information. I patiently waited seven business days believing the order was not yet fulfilled and at that point I was going to call the account manager to find out why. Coincidentally, on the same day, I received a package from 1000bulbs.com with my complete order! 1000bulbs.com should assure a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to all its customers. Otherwise, my shopping experience was what I expected for online ordering.
