What do you guys think about the latest news on Ebay? I've been ordering there for a long time already and had no issues at all, but this sounds hilarious. Sueing someone for "persuading" competitors sounds at least suspicious.
Sounds like they're butthurt over having more successful competition. Knowing the track record of both (I've ordered thru both many times) not surprising Ebay's worried. It sounds an awful lot like Gibson throwing a wobbler last month over other "trademark infringement" against other guitar builders simply for making guitars despite nearly all of them not using Gibson trademarks. Yes Gibson had their asses handed back to them with a side of mint sauce over that.
