I returned items purchased from Wikichic.com. It’s been 5 months and I have written to them endless times. They just keeps saying they are processing it. I paid via credit card. Any suggestions on what I can do to get my refund?
Get your CC company to reverse the charge. It may be too long, but it is worth a try.
What if your cc company is paypal? I have filed coplaints with them before on 2 seperate occasions. "The customer is ways right" does not phase them especially if that company is from overseas. I was charged both times for filing my no proof claims. I had puctures too!
