This is RIDICULOUS! I ordered business cards, they are printed wrong and there is absolutely NO ONE to get ahold of, there IS no customer service! WTF!? So I'm out $60 and then this morning after trying to contact them every day for a week, They charged my subscription fee! As if I would renew with them after this... I'm fuming, can you tell... Does ANYONE have a way to help? I used my Debit card to pay...
Does your debit card have a Visa or MC symbol on it? If yes then you might be entitled to getting a chargeback through the cc company.
Please contact your bank asap, to reverse the charge and cancel future payments.
