Are they comfy? I'm on my feet 10-12" hours daily, I need something good. And$50 is ok.

No, a bit too comfortable. It's best to have minimal padding in my opinion, but most disagree.
Hey Jason, here are 2 sides to that coin. If you are standing, mostly still, on your feet all day, the padding is good. If you do a lot of walking, then barefoot, or close to it is best. This comes from a person that works with people and their feet all day. Very reliable source, my daughter! Also, go for a wide box foot, not pointed. And Jason, stay away from high heels!
