Sending a message and it pops right back off. Why

They are ridiculous gifts to get your attention. The ones that appear below are supposedly received by the profile, to show your interest, as if a picture of a rose paid for with 10 coins is going to get a girls attention more so than a polite Hello my name is... how are you... want to chat? Just a way for Zoosk to get you to buy coins above the daily 40 from carousel viewing.

They are employees of Zoosk. I found that out and I am angry that the site is taking advantage of innocent people and scamming them. Below is a message exchange: Over 1500 miles away and you are looking for me Zoosk is up to scamming again! I have been reading complaints about Zoosk misrepresenting people who view you. The complaints indicated that some of the viewers are actually employees of Zoosk. I wonder how you would know if the person viewing you is "real? Have been seeing a person but then noticed that he was still showing with green light on. Does this mean that he is actively looking at profiles or just forgotten to log out ie the app was in the background.

I have that all the time, I respond to a woman then we trade pleasantries hi and hello then I ask a question like how was your day and off line.

Did it take your money and give nothing in return.?

That happens with every profile. I think zoosk is one of the better dating sites around but like all dating sites they try to keep you coming back to the site as much as possible by "playing" with the recently viewed section. When it says view you "10" minutes ago, unless it's hilighted in yellow it really means that person was online 10 minutes ago.

Yes! I noticed That the same guys kept viewing my profile one in particular guy I was really interested in he would not respond to my message but it kept showing him looking at my profile however he was never in the notifications on the top right hand of the screen that led me to believe that he wasnt truly viewing me. But I did view him. So I decided to run a little experiment. For three days I would view his profile and just like that within three hours it showed he had viewed mine every time without fail nine different times.! However, there was never a notification that he viewed my profile. I was a member on this website for Six months. About $180 for nothing for making me look like a stalker! I was sending messages to a gentleman that wasnt even viewing me! Stay away from this site
